Reviewers consistently praise JCS Design for turning complex renovations into cohesive, detail-rich spaces on tight timelines. Strong communication from start to finish, named staff like Jack Cheoh (founder), Angie, and Lynn earn trust through hands-on problem-solving and after-sales follow-up, though a few note response times on post-completion touch-ups could be quicker.
Customers at this Sri Petaling showroom keep praising the staff. Reviewers say the team explains tile options patiently and does not push a sale. Ratings sit at 4.6 across 30 Google reviews, with 87% five-star. Most praise centres on named staff who guide buyers through bathroom and home renovation choices. Suresh gets named most often, along with Syafiq, who prepared a free 3D drawing for one buyer. Several reviewers say the shop offers many tile designs and quality brands such as Niro. One visitor reported a RM100 delivery fee. Another said the shop once looked closed with no staff on hand.
Reviewers keep coming back to speed and communication. Customers say the team measures on time, answers messages fast, and finishes installs in about two days. Many also call the workmanship neat and the prices fair for the quality. Most of the recent praise centres on SPC vinyl installs in homes, including whole-house jobs and condo units. Staff named in reviews, CK and Foong, get credit for patience with first-time buyers. One reviewer said the team avoided extra join seams between rooms that other vendors wanted. Complaints are absent in the recent set.
Reviewers describe EMR Synergy as a professional epoxy and floor contractor with solid workmanship. Several say the finished floor met or beat their expectations. Staff reply to enquiries quickly. One reviewer calls the pricing reasonable. Review text is brief in places, so detail is limited.
Three five-star reviews praise the warehouse display and cleanliness, though one notes a recent move to Rawang. Limited recent evidence limits depth of insight.
Five reviewers all give five stars and praise marble restoration work. Two named people appear in the reviews: a father and son team, with "Jun" and "Richard" mentioned. Review detail is limited to six reviews.

Every review is five stars, and most reviewers describe a team that guides them through the whole job. Several say problems got solved instead of left to the client. Reviewers also praise the design side, calling the team creative and detailed. Two recent reviews mention home renovations, not flooring specifically, and the newest reviews are short and general.
Most recent customers praise RV Woods for polished installation, solid timber quality, and attentive staff like Bridgette. A recent complaint about floor lifting and refusal to fix it stands out sharply against the pattern, raising concerns about accountability when problems emerge.
Most reviewers praise the showroom range, staff knowledge (especially MZ), and installation quality. Two older complaints highlight after-sales weakness: one about TV cabinet reinstatement going unanswered, another about stairs becoming noisy after two months with refusal to arrange fixes. Evidence is limited to these two problem reports.
CNB Carpets supplies carpet and flooring products but struggles with execution. Reviewers report slow responses to calls and texts, poor workmanship on installations, and pricing that many find excessive.
