Correct, dispute, or request removal of your listing

The Klang Valley Flooring Contractor Guide is an independent directory of flooring contractors in the Klang Valley region. Listings pull from publicly available business information, and each contractor's score is calculated by a fixed rubric applied uniformly across all profiles, drawing from Google reviews that are publicly posted. Being listed here costs nothing. Payment does not and cannot change your score or where you appear in the directory. This page explains how to correct details about your business, challenge the accuracy of your score's source data, or ask for your listing to be removed. Correcting factual details

Your business name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, and services offered can all be corrected if you provide the right information and something we can check it against. That verification might be your website, your Google Business Profile, or another reliable source. Once we confirm the correction, it stays in place even when we refresh our data in future months.

Disputing your score

A dispute is not a request for a higher score. It is a claim that the data behind your score is incorrect: either we matched your listing to the wrong business, attributed reviews to you that belong elsewhere, or our summary of what reviewers wrote does not match what they actually said. If you believe any of that is true, you can dispute it. We will re-examine the source data and regenerate your listing. We do not hand-edit scores.

Requesting removal

Your listing will be removed if your business is permanently closed, if we have created duplicate entries for the same business, or if your operation falls outside the scope of this directory. An accurate listing that qualifies for inclusion will not be removed on request, and we will explain why in our response.

Response times

Every request receives an acknowledgment within 5 business days. Removals that are approved go into effect within 7 days. If we decline a request, we explain our reason.
