Best flooring contractors in Petaling Jaya

Why it ranks first

A perfect 5.0 across 26 Google reviews, with recent activity. The longer reviews praise SPC workmanship and fast office replies, and one 1,500 sq ft job ran Thursday to Sunday night as planned. Confidence is medium because many reviews are short.

Pros

• ✓Consistent five-star Google rating
• ✓Experienced SPC installers
• ✓Responsive office staff
• ✓Wide wood and SPC range, per website

Why it ranks second

Rated 4.8 from 19 reviews, with praise for fast replies and clear product explanations. Older reviews mention detailed advice on flooring and staircase safety. Recent reviews lean toward pre-project enquiries rather than finished jobs.

Pros

• ✓Fast response to enquiries
• ✓Detailed product and safety advice
• ✓Staff guide you through ordering
• ✓Strong commercial and office focus

Why it ranks third

All 10 Google reviews are five stars. Reviewers describe a team that guides the whole job, solves problems itself and follows up. Medium confidence: the sample is small and two recent reviews are about home renovations, not flooring.

Pros

• ✓Five stars across 10 reviews
• ✓Renovation and design under one firm
• ✓Handles issues and follows up
• ✓Claims CIDB G4 certification

Why it ranks fourth

Rated 4.9 from 48 reviews, the strongest volume among the specialist restoration firms. Reviewers credit the Ss 6 crew with fixing acid-etched and glue-stained tiles, arriving on time and charging fairly.

Pros

• ✓Restores damaged tile and marble
• ✓On-time arrival, prompt replies
• ✓Fair pricing
• ✓Floor care advice after the job

Why it ranks fifth

Only three reviews, all five stars, so treat this as low confidence. They describe neat, on-time work from cabinetry to a 2300 sq ft condo fitout, including managing building restrictions.

Pros

• ✓Full-scope renovation projects
• ✓Track record on complex condo builds

Why it ranks sixth

The deepest review base here: 4.8 from 199 reviews, with high confidence. Named staff such as Kenny, Matthew, Shanwy and Teoh are praised for guidance, and installation and site cleanliness are well regarded. Weak spot is after-sales.

Pros

• ✓Named staff known for responsiveness
• ✓SPC, vinyl, parquet, carpet and laminate range
• ✓Competitive pricing
• ✓Professional, tidy on-site work

Why it ranks seventh

Rated 4.7 from 37 reviews, with praise for same-day or two-day installs, tidy work and fair prices, especially from Ken. Low confidence overall: recency is weaker and two customers report unresolved SPC defects.

Pros

• ✓Same-day or two-day installation
• ✓Knowledgeable staff
• ✓Competitive pricing
• ✓Wide SPC and timber selection

Why it ranks eighth

Five Google reviews, all five stars, so low confidence. Reviewers like the decking quality and being able to see samples before buying. The website claims operation since 1977.

Pros

• ✓Screwless, no-visible-gap decking (per reviewer)
• ✓Samples before purchase

Why it ranks ninth

Two five-star reviews describe good service and detailed work. That is too little evidence to judge consistency, so confidence is low. It is a verified Google listing in Ss 10.

Pros

• ✓Verified Google listing in Ss 10
• ✓Both reviews five stars

Why it ranks tenth

All six reviews are five stars, praising custom-sized sports flooring and badminton and ballet mats. A genuine niche option, but review detail is thin and the latest reviews are not recent.

Pros

• ✓Sports flooring specialist
• ✓Custom sizing

Why it ranks #11

Rated 4.5 from 10 reviews for floor repair and concrete treatment. It has been established since 1984 and uses lithium hardener products. Little recent review detail makes current performance hard to judge.

Pros

• ✓Established since 1984
• ✓Industrial concrete specialists
• ✓Lithium hardener products
• ✓Professional team

Why it ranks #12

Rated 4.3 from 16 reviews, with praise for quality artificial grass and punctual, professional installation. One early complaint about slow replies; later feedback is better. A showroom helps you see products first.

Pros

• ✓Artificial grass showroom
• ✓Professional outdoor installation
• ✓Punctual and reliable
• ✓Established track record

Why it ranks #13

Rated 4.4 from five reviews. The one detailed review praises professionalism and workmanship on epoxy and polyurethane factory floors. Low confidence given the thin evidence.

Pros

• ✓Epoxy and polyurethane expertise
• ✓Guidance for factory builds

Why it ranks #14

Rated 4.4 from 16 reviews. Reviewers like the knowledgeable staff and friendly service built over 20+ years. Sentiment is mixed because one recent complaint about termite damage and repolishing went unresolved for months.

Pros

• ✓20+ years operating
• ✓Knowledgeable staff
• ✓Competitive pricing
• ✓Quality timber products

Why it ranks #15

Only three reviews and a 2.3 average. One reviewer liked the value, but two report rejected-grade items and blocked calls after payment. Low confidence, and sentiment is negative. It lists CE mark certification and trading since 1985.

Pros

• ✓Good pricing noted by one reviewer
• ✓Wide material range
