Reviewers give this firm a 5.0 average across 26 Google reviews, with almost all five-star. Most reviews are short, but the longer ones praise SPC installs and quick office replies. One customer said a roughly 1,500 sq ft job ran from Thursday to Sunday night, and finished as planned.
Reviewers describe quick replies and a friendly, helpful team. Many say the staff explain products clearly and guide them through ordering. Older reviews praise detailed advice on flooring and staircase safety. Recent reviews focus on pre-project support and product enquiries.
Every review is five stars, and most reviewers describe a team that guides them through the whole job. Several say problems got solved instead of left to the client. Reviewers also praise the design side, calling the team creative and detailed. Two recent reviews mention home renovations, not flooring specifically, and the newest reviews are short and general.
Customers rate this Ss 6 team 4.9 across 48 Google reviews. Owners Firdaus and his crew get praise for fixing damaged floors, including acid-etched and glue-stained tiles. Most reviewers call the work clean, on time, and fairly priced. One 1-star review says they do not do marble and tile restoration, which conflicts with their website listing.
All three reviews praise the team for delivering polished, on-time work across renovation jobs ranging from kitchen cabinetry to full 2300-sqft condo fitouts. One reviewer highlighted the professionalism required to manage condo building restrictions while hitting deadlines.
Staff like Kenny, Matthew, Shanwy, and Teoh consistently earn praise for responsiveness and clear guidance through the selection process. Installation quality and SPC flooring aesthetics impress most customers, with many highlighting professional workmanship and clean sites. However, post-installation support falters for some. Two reviewers report material scratches appearing quickly and unresponsive follow-ups on promised replacements or damage claims over months. One customer's key was lost and wall damage went unreported by installers. Despite strong initial service, warranty and communication gaps emerge after handover.
Timasia delivers speedy, tidy installation work at reasonable prices, with Ken and his team consistently praised for responsiveness and attention. However, two customers reported serious unresolved defects in SPC flooring (bubbles, incomplete sealing) despite promises to fix them, raising questions about after-sales reliability.
Five Google reviews give this business a perfect five-star average. Two written reviews praise the product quality and a helpful team. One reviewer liked that samples let them check the decking before buying. Review detail is limited.
Only two Google reviews exist, both five-star. One says the service was good. The other calls the work detailed and recommends it. Review evidence is very limited.
