All 12 reviews are five-star. Customers consistently praise Alpha Handyman for arriving quickly (same-day for emergencies, 3am callouts included), completing work cleanly without mess, and charging fairly. Staff including technician Mehmood Rashid earn specific mentions for friendliness and professionalism across plumbing, electrical, painting, and general maintenance jobs.
Most reviewers say the sales and design staff are patient, responsive, and clear about quotes. Many praise named consultants for guiding them through budget changes and layout plans. The 5-star reviews are strong, and the 1-star reviews are not small. The negative reviews focus on the build stage. One owner reports a project delayed by more than 13 months, leaks, peeling exterior paint, and rough wall finishing. Others say the handmade work fell short and that coordination between designer and builder was poor.

Shoppers consistently describe staff who take time to explain tile options without pushing a sale. Many say the advice helped them choose tiles for kitchens, bathrooms and toilets. The showroom at Bangsar Shopping Centre gets praise for its range and easy browsing. Ratings are almost all five-star, with no low scores in the recent reviews. Staff names come up often, including Asmawi, Syu and En. Zaidi. One reviewer says the team rescued a renovation after another tiler botched the job and wasted tiles. Others mention help with overseas delivery questions and follow-up after purchase. Reviewers describe the tiles as high quality and suited to modern homes.
Customers who write in tend to get quick replies and same-day visits. Reviewers praise the technicians for knowing their work and fixing problems on the first trip. Fair pricing and no hidden charges come up more than once. Most of the reviews describe electrical and plumbing jobs: unclogged drains, lighting and wiring faults, a faulty stop cock, and a pump problem. Reviewers name a plumber, Umar, and mention follow-up checks. Floor work barely appears in the reviews, so flooring is not a proven strength here.
Shoppers keep coming back for the carpets and the people who help them pick one. Staff are described as patient and good at matching a buyer to the right piece. Several reviewers call the prices fair for the quality on offer. Most of the praise names individual salespeople, especially Bilal Hanif. The stock runs from Persian and Iranian runners to tribal and vintage pieces from Iran, Afghanistan and other regions. Some reviewers mention sales and discounts. One reviewer says they have bought here for three decades.
