What do recent reviews say?
Most reviewers say the sales and design staff are patient, responsive, and clear about quotes. Many praise named consultants for guiding them through budget changes and layout plans. The 5-star reviews are strong, and the 1-star reviews are not small.
The negative reviews focus on the build stage. One owner reports a project delayed by more than 13 months, leaks, peeling exterior paint, and rough wall finishing. Others say the handmade work fell short and that coordination between designer and builder was poor.
