Shoppers often describe the staff as the main draw. Sales advisors Zuhaily and Shahiera get repeated mentions for patience, clear advice, and follow-through on orders. The range of tiles and designs also draws praise. Ratings sit high, with very few low scores.

Staff help goes beyond the showroom floor. Advisors check stock at other branches and arrange same-day delivery through Lalamove from the Kajang headquarters. Reviewers mention grout colours and decorative tiles. One buyer said a favourite design was out of stock, though the replacement was also liked.
