Staff, particularly account manager Nasha, earn consistent praise for quick responses and patient guidance through selection and measurement. SPC and vinyl installations are typically neat and durable, with customers noting good value for money. One account described poor workmanship and colour mismatch, suggesting inconsistency in finishing quality or colour accuracy between samples and delivered goods.
The business has operated since 2005 and holds SIRIM SGS ISO certification. Installation teams (named Hanif, Jacky, and others) are noted for professionalism. Long-term durability is evidenced by a customer reporting 10 years of solid performance from their laminate. Nasha's offer of a 5-day return window on unused stock and her willingness to work from floor plans demonstrates customer-focused practices not always standard in the trade.
Installation typically completes on schedule with clean, neat results and staff who answer questions patiently. Pricing consistently attracts attention as lower than market alternatives, workmanship earns consistent praise, and the team handles site visits and material matching without fuss.
