Customers rate Continental Aces highly for friendly sales help and quick installs. Most reviewers say the price fits the quality. One recent-sounding worry stands out: a single 1-star review reports gaps in the floor and a slow warranty response. The strongest praise names salesperson Vicus, plus Josh and Ken. Several reviewers say the team finishes a flat in about a day. The lone complaint comes from a customer who says the firm told them to adjust the gaps themselves.
Floor Depot Sepang stocks a wide range of flooring types across vinyl, tile, carpet and engineered options, but reviews split sharply on service quality. Some note friendly staff and solid products; others report long waits, dismissive management, and inattentive service.
Most reviews are five-star, citing professional and technically skilled work. Limited detail available from recent public feedback.
Customers at this Puchong Utama branch keep naming one salesperson, Han, for patient help and clear advice. Buyers describe the purchase as quick and easy, from picking material to delivery. Most of the praise centres on vinyl and SPC flooring. One condo owner liked the neat alignment and clean edges. Others say Han explained the installation steps and even made a tutorial video. Reviews rarely mention complaints, though detail on installers is thin.
